This is completely untrue. Private companies must abide by laws — that is why we don’t allow them to discriminate, and why -for example- their ability to exclude birth control coverage from healthcare policies went all the way to the Supreme Court. Imho incitement is grounds in this case fwiw, but without it this case would have a reasonable chance of winning in our court system.
